If you receive a damaged product, we will honor a return within 7 days after the customer has received the product. Please contact our customer service department via email at email@example.com with a photo of your product’s condition. We will then respond to you within 72 hours with further instructions.
Customers must cover the shipping costs from USPS back to our headquarters at 2700 N Prickett Road Bryant, Ar 72022; we will send the new product out at no additional cost to the customer.
Delayed Shipping Due to Holiday/ COVID19 and variants
We want to apologize for any delays in shipping due to unforeseen holiday shipping or COVID19 related issues. Please let us know if you hadn’t received your product within 7-10 business days from when you placed your order. We accept all email notifications at firstname.lastname@example.org
Everyone loves a good discount, and we love to see you save money while enjoying our product. However, we do have some restrictions when it comes to applying our discount codes to your order. We allow only one discount code per transaction. If there is an attempt to enter more than one code, our system will kick it out and ask that you apply one or the other to your order.
